OUR WORKOUTS



Our workouts are based on five basic pillars of human body functional output – Strength, Power, Agility, Core, Endurance. The workouts incorporate the essence of these five pillars condensed into quick, time-efficient 30- to 45-minute sessions. and is suitable for the complete beginner to the elite fitness buff.

Everybody has an ability ratio that is split among the five pillars. At GRITYARD, every workout is different, but what remains the same is that our workouts are designed to activate these five pillars that have proven to illicit the best response from the body!



FUNDAMENTALS



Fundamentals is designed to help you acclimatise to the other GRITYARD programmes. The programme consists of performing key movements such as squats, push, pull and hinging. This lays the foundation for more combined and advanced movements, which in turn allows you to perform your best and maximise gains!



MOBSTRONG - MOBILITY STRENGTH



No equipment to train with, no problem. Keep your strength up using just your bodyweight, with exercises designed to challenge your whole body's muscles and core. Change up your routine with seemingly slower movements but designed to still make you ache and feel sore the day after. Viv will take you through the no-equipment exercises that kept her strength up with or without weights.



JUGGERNAUT - STRENGTH



Resistance meets functional movement patterns in a full body burn. The JUGGERNAUT is a unique resistance based HIIT training system will get you cut like a diamond in no time. Look forward to a combination of functional movements with heavy muscle load. You’ll walk out, or possibly crawl, with your body cut like a diamond. Better still, by activating muscle mass you’ll burn calories even while sleeping



REIGNMAN - POWER



REIGNMAN is inspired by one of the NBA greats – Shawn Kemp. Known to everyone for his explosive dunks and power plays, he is everything this HIIT programme is designed after. Look forward to a combination of speed work, plyometric exercises and combo moves to challenge your body and mind. Get those fast twitch muscles going and soon you’ll get the well defined body you’ve always dreamed of.



THE BLITZ - AGILITY



THE BLITZ is a HIIT programme that consists of mainly of SPEED, AGILITY and POWER drills the improves your overall reaction body coordination, and movement. Say goodbye to lethargy and sluggishness and hello to a more nimble and fleet-footed you. It is also one of the most efficient ways to burn fat, increase heart rate and improve athleticism.



HELL FIRE - CORE



When you’ve gone through hell and back, you can be sure that you came out a different person. HELL FIRE is a HIIT programme that tests your structural limits with controlled movements, while targeting your core areas. Be prepared for holds, pulses and isometric movements, which literally could feel like the burn from hell’s fire! Do not be fooled by the lack of speed as the program is designed to challenge muscles that you didn’t know you had!



LONG HAUL - ENDURANCE



Even the simplest workout might prove challenging, so get ready for THE LONG HAUL. It’s the Royal Flush of HIIT training: strength, endurance, combat prowess, cardiovascular and bucket-loads of sweat, which will cause your endorphins to keep swimming for hours. Minimal equipment and plenty of functional movement patterns for excellent results including greater mobility and calories burned
