Viviane Then is a movement specialist who teaches a blend of strength and mobility training. Certified as a personal trainer and in functional range conditioning (FRC®), she combines multiple disciplines such as calisthenics, weights and yoga to deliver safe and sustainable exercise programs that prioritise joint function and optimise physical strength capacity.
Combined with her past experience in the corporate world, she understands the common ailments of deskbound work as well as the stress that impacts oneself both mentally and physically. Her programs are designed to be holistic in enabling people to move and feel better, using exercise as a way to relieve stress in other aspects of their lives. She also runs workshops as one-time or as a series, so that participants have the opportunity to deep dive and take away valuable knowledge that they can apply.
