Get unlimited access to all our workouts – before work, at lunchtime and after work – for less than $10 a day. Our workouts are 30- or 45-minute long to give you maximum work done in the shortest time possible.

Who can come to GRITYARD?

All are welcome to GRITYARD, so long as you are above 18 years old. Regardless of age or fitness level, we are excited to have you.

I have not exercised in a long time, will this be too intense for me?

Our workouts cater to all levels, so if you are new to this, our coaches will modify the exercises according to your ability. We will also focus more on your form and technique. You can go at your own pace but we encourage you to challenge yourself and keep pushing your limits!

Do you have a trial class?

We do not have a drop-in class rate, but we have a one-week trial of unlimited classes at only $35. 

What do I have to bring to class?

 A towel, water bottle (we provide free water), workout attire, shoes and your amazing personality.

Do you have packages?

Of course we do, we have unlimited packages and also packages by sessions that can be shared with friends and family.
